Two Week Sleep Package

Service Description

This package is intended for children between the ages of 4 months and 7 years. First, you will receive a thorough sleep assessment to examine your family's unique sleep situation. Next, we will have a 60 minute consultation call to discuss the sleep solutions that will help you to reach your goals. Following the consultation call, a comprehensive and fully customized sleep plan will be created that is specifically designed to meet your family’s goals and needs. Progress will be tracked on your personalized sleep log. You will also receive 2 weeks of unlimited daily follow-up coaching and support as you implement the sleep plan- this support can be through video, phone, email, and/or text- whatever you prefer! Sounds like a dream, doesn’t it?! If you'd like, an additional week of unlimited support can be purchased for $150.
