Year-Long Coaching and Support

Service Description

Just what you’ve always dreamed of- 365 days of sleep support! This package starts with an initial sleep assessment, consultation call, and custom sleep plan, and offers unlimited coaching and support throughout the year via video, phone, email, and/or text. Just as your child grows and develops, so will their sleep plan. We will maintain regular contact throughout the year to keep things on track and navigate the inevitable bumps that come up- things like sickness, travel, and time changes. We will also work through transitions (dropping naps, moving to toddler beds) and life events (birth of a sibling, starting daycare) together to help them go as smoothly as possible.
